Hello! I’m Angelica “Angie” Carman

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California (#112225) and Nevada (4221-R) with over 10 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in treating anxiety and depression, offering a compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build healthier relationships.

I believe that healing begins with self-awareness and meaningful connection. No two journeys are the same, so I tailor my therapeutic approach to each client’s unique needs. By fostering open and honest conversations, I help clients identify the root causes of their struggles, break free from negative thought patterns, and develop practical tools to manage stress and emotional distress. My goal is to empower individuals and couples to build resilience, improve communication, and cultivate a greater sense of self-worth.

In addition to my clinical work, I am passionate about mental health education and advocacy. I remain committed to ongoing learning and professional development, ensuring that I stay informed of the latest research and therapeutic techniques to best serve my clients.
